You often hear about “wins” in business — today was one of those days.
Queens Women’s Group moved into their premises in April this year at Lilian Bland Pavillion… eight months ago.
In that time, they reached out to four different suppliers, all of whom failed to follow through — no order placed, no installation, no progress.
By the time they accidentally rang us looking for another provider (we’ll not hold that against them!), frustration was at an all-time high.
They had practically given up hope.
They didn’t just need broadband — they needed someone to do things differently.
And that’s where we come in.
Before we lift a phone or place an order, we scout, we assess, and we listen.
We look at what’s needed, what’s possible, and what frustrations already exist.
Then we build a realistic plan and stand over it.
Because we come from a technical background — not just sales — we know how to navigate both the ordering system and the physical installation.
That means we can identify and remove the barriers that stall everyone else.
Fast-forward four weeks…
Today we were onsite with a two-man Openreach team, and Queens Women’s Group now have a fully working broadband connection.
How? Why?
Because we do things differently.
We communicate.
We collaborate.
We build relationships.
And that’s why days like today feel like wins — not just for us, but for the people we serve.
